...is not to ride a wheelie chair in the middle of the road. After paying a visit to my good friends, Alan and Owen, I began my walk down the hill as I normally would. Unusually today, some chap decided to sit in a wheelie chair and cross the road with it. He didn't look like he was completely with it, and created a line of traffic going up the hill and eventually, a police car arrived on the scene and moved him over on to the pavement for some questioning.
Much like my MM10510 lectures, my MM12610 lectures are on hold until the same lecturer arrives here from Australia in two week's time. More free time for me, I can't complain. The School of Business is expanding the marketing department so there'll be even more modules available to me as a marketing major student next year. I also picked up my long overdue marketing coursework marksheet today to discover that I had scored a 1st. I am most pleased since I put quite a bit of effort into polishing the assignment up and I'm glad I was able to reap the benefits; I think it's safe to say that I made the right decision in regards to moving to marketing from computer science.
After much planning, I finally got round to signing up for the gym today. I'll only being using the treadmill and rowing machine since I only want to help myself lose some weight; I've put on about a stone in the last 1.5 years and I just want to get back to my usual weight that I was in my first year.
I started watching PlanetES recently after having heard that its fairly unusual with some nice dramatic moments (I love my drama anime). I like the setting alot but I can't stand the lead female character, Tanabe. A rookie in the space debris department, she's on one hell of a high horse the way she's portrayed in the show; I hope she mellows out sooner or later. Having watched the latest episode of Mahou Sensei Negima, I must say its growing on me ever so slightly. The idea behind the series/manga is hardly original, but I am enjoying the music featured (love that end theme) and the voice talent is rather stellar.
Right, that's enough from me. Have a good night, everyone!
