My brand new Canon Ixus 50 arrived in the post yesterday and I've been busy snapping away with it.  Whilst the overall design and interface is fairly similar to my original Ixus, the handling is nothing short of stunning.  Upon power up, it's ready to shoot in a fraction of a second, compared to it's older brother which took 2 - 4 seconds to power up.
