To bleach the PSP, simply purchase one PSP unit at around £250, a bottle of Domestos or Toilet Duck at £2 each, and mix liberally. No, no, I'm kidding, really I am. I've just watched the latest episode of Bleach and I have finally stopped umming and ahhing over whether to get the game for PSP or not. Having recently sold a few items on eBay, I've got some funds in my PayPal account so they've gone towards this latest purchase. I've only heard good things about the 3D cel-shaded fighter, though this review here clearly makes the observation that it's one for fanboys only and will most probably alienate others not familiar with the manga or series.
Khang has finally received his PSP along with Ridge Racers and sadly, a rather disappointing (and rather expensive) screen protector. Wireless Ridge Racers is certainly good fun, though we've yet to suss out the handicap system. At times, collisions are ommited altogether and even at times where I've clearly crossed the line in 1st place, I've been ranked second on the feedback. Khang's definitely improving on the game, I think I may have to adjust my tactics somewhat to keep in line with the developments...
The gym-duo are finally errr... back at the gym after an extended leave of absence! My stamina's back to what it was before the Easter break, though I've got to get my muscles used to the workload again as quick as possible. I'm still loving my beloved Ercolina-chan even though she's been a bit pissy with me these last few days.
Saw the live-action Casshern tonight and I was pleasantly surprised and entertained. Coming in at around 2 hours and 20 minutes, it was a tad too long for that sort of movie and I'd have personally cut off 30 minutes or so. There was a lot of superfluous material which wasn't necessary in the end and would have helped to improve the flow of the movie overall by leaving it on the cutting room floor.
The School of Business forgot to email me regarding my registration meeting with my personal tutor, Tony McGuiness. Upon being told this information by my colleague, Jon, I made like a bee-line straight to the computer room to print off a form and to get it filled with modules ASAP. I must also thank the receptionist, Awen, the next time I see her since she helped me to arrange such a quick impromptu meeting with Tony this afternoon. It also seems I've been called up for yet another staff-student committee meeting next monday; no idea what this one's about since none of the usual staff members have been emailed about it yet.
The hot topic on most people's minds right now seems to be the society elections. Once again, I'll be running and should hopefully be elected for a second year. If elected, I'm not gonna do anything differently to this year since we have pretty much nailed the format to do things and have things work. Should prove to be quite exhilarating, can't wait.
